Mr. Waltz holds a MS Degree in Marine Geology (1988) from the University of Miami and a BS Degree in Geology (1983) from Pennsylvania State University. In over 25 years of professional experience, he has designed and installed hundreds of groundwater remedial systems for both petroleum constituents and CVOCs at sites in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and Wyoming. He is well versed in groundwater fate and transport modeling and their application to remediation system design and assessments. Mr. King holds a MS Degree in Hydrogeology (1987) from Kent State University, a BS Degree in Geology (1984) from the University of Akron, and an MS Degree (2002) in Information Systems from Robert Morris University. With over 25 years of consulting experience, he has managed hundreds of soil and groundwater investigations for site characterization and remediation. Mr. King is experienced in all phases of remedial investigations including interpretation of hydrogeologic data, groundwater modeling, risk assessment, and selection of cost-effective remedial solutions. He has also successfully managed fast-track, multi-site property transfer projects which involved the assessment of numerous properties under very aggressive schedules. Ms. Zamiska holds a BS Degree in Geo-Environmental Engineering (1998) from Pennsylvania State University. She is currently the Operations Manager of AGES Pittsburgh, PA office. She has 13 years experience in performing and managing concrete, soil, paint, and groundwater investigations and remediation for natural gas facilities. She has managed large-scale, multi-site projects involving due diligence file reviews, characterization assessments, Phase II ESAs, response actions, underground tank removals, hazardous and non hazardous waste management, and health and safety oversight. Ms. Zamiska has conducted records reviews, staff interviews and site inspections at many large industrial facilities to identify historic disposal practices, issues with waste handling and disposal and potential environmental concerns at the facilities. She has conducted site investigation and remediation projects at hundreds of industrial facilities. Ms. Zamiska has also managed several large scale, multi-year groundwater monitoring and remediation projects.
Ms. Laishley holds a BS Degree in Environmental Geology with a minor in Chemistry (1998) from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently the Operations Manager for AGES office in Charleston, WV. Ms. Laishley has 13 years experience in performing and managing concrete, soil, paint, and groundwater investigations and remediations for natural gas facilities. She has managed projects involving file reviews, characterization assessments, response actions, underground tank removals, hazardous and non hazardous waste management, and health and safety oversight. Dr. Dickson holds a PhD (1995) in Regional Planning with an Environmental Specialization from the University of Illinois, an MS Degree in Biology (1988) from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a BS Degree (1979) in Environmental Science from Slippery Rock State University. With 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Dickson has been a principal investigator and/or project manager on water resource projects associated with resource extraction, timbering, agriculture, military training, and linear/areal development including wetland assessment and compensation, aquatic research and biomonitoring, stream channel realignments and bank stabilization projects, watershed modeling and management, wide-area water quality monitoring and stream habitat investigations, geographic information systems assessments, eco-restoration projects, and support with associated environmental permitting and mitigation. Mr. Menosky holds a BS Degree in Environmental Studies (1991) from Allegheny College and has over 20 years of experience conducting site investigations and remedial programs. Mr. Menosky’s experience includes drilling and installation of groundwater monitoring wells in unconsolidated and fractured bedrock aquifers; sampling of environmental media; aquifer testing; and testing, installation , and maintenance of remedial systems, including soil vapor extraction and groundwater and hydrocarbon recovery systems. Mr. Farrar holds an MS Degree in Physical Science - Geobiophysical Modeling (1999) from Marshall University, USA and a BS Degree in Geology (1997) from the Anglia Ruskin University, UK. During his 15 years in consulting/industry, he has been a project manager for a multi-million dollar AOC remediation program in the USA (Columbia Gas Transmission) and a project manager of one of Europe's largest R&D Bioremediation projects (SABRe). Furthermore, Mr Farrar has provided data management support to the UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority's Geosphere Characterization project and to Springfield Fuels Ltd, UK. His environmental remediation skills include: managing rapid site investigations, risk assessments and full scale remediation projects. Mr. Weiler holds a BS Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (2005) with an elective concentration in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He has managed and overseen the construction, demolition, and remediation of several industrial and commercial facilities, including active and inactive refineries. Mr. Weiler has also led numerous site investigations and remediation projects for sites impacted with various contaminants. He has also remediated several brownfield sites for developable future reuse.
Mr. Kowalsky holds a BS Degree in Political Science (1987) from Kent State University and has over 20 years of experience in the environmental services field. Mr. Kowalsky’s experiences include managing large RCRA / TSCA waste contracts, project management for industrial field services, overseeing tank management services (installations, removals and inspections), management of remediation projects, as well as business development services (generating sales opportunities, preparing technical proposals, and preparing cost proposals). Mr. Kowalsky has a great deal of experience in managing multiple waste contracts for numerous waste generators into a select number of disposal facilities.
Mr. Parker holds a BS Degree in Environmental Resource Management - Soil Science (1978) from Penn State University. Mr. Parker is currently a Principal Scientist in the Pittsburgh office. Mr. Parker had 30 years of experience with the USDA Soil Conservation Service/Natural Resources Conservation Service. Mr. Parker’s federal work experience included conservation engineering, erosion and sedimentation control planning, storm water management planning, soil science, wetland delineations and mitigation projects, encroachment permit applications, stream restoration, and abandoned mine reclamation. Mr. Parker had also managed large scale watershed studies and watershed restoration projects. He has advanced GIS experience. Over the past four and a half years, Mr. Parker had worked with several hydrogeology and civil engineering firms performing water resource and wetland permitting related work for Marcellus gas and other industry clients. Mr. Parker had also served as a health and safety officer for a large engineering firm and is serving in this capacity with AGES.
Mr. Campbell holds an AS Degree in Petroleum (1983) from the University of Pittsburgh. Over the past 25 years, he has conducted site investigation and remediation projects at several hundred industrial facilities and has supervised construction and demolition operations at many different sites. His duties have included the development and the management of soil and groundwater monitoring programs in accordance with the QA/QC requirements specified under RCRA and CERCLA programs. He also has conducted pilot testing, installation, and monitoring of soil-vapor extraction, hydrocarbon recovery, and other remedial systems. Mr. Campbell has been a field team leader/project manager for hundreds of projects managing and overseen concrete, soil, paint, demolition, and groundwater in the states of IN, IO, KY, MD, NC, OH, PA, TN, VA, and WV. Mr. Campbell is a recognized expert in the application of field screening technologies for both PCBs and Mercury.
