Third Party Oversight and Project Safety
AGES is committed to providing and enforcing a safe work environment for all projects and facilities, including pipeline and well pad work sites. The foundation of this commitment is based on an integral part of our culture: our behavior-based project safety programs. Accordingly, our staff is trained to follow specific health and safety procedures to help them assess potential risks and avoid recognized hazards through effective risk management. And, all of our field staff is further trained to recognize hazards on work sites through both current OSHA HAZWOPER training, OSHA 30-hour Construction Training and IADC RigPass® accreditation.
Our Health and Safety Program is designed to recognize safety-critical behaviors and ensure that our staff understands them. Ultimately, the protection and well-being of our employees, clients, contractors and the general public is the primary concern. Our behavior-based safety program includes the following components: 1.) active leadership involvement with management; 2.) audits and positive observations to support safe behavior; 3.) company culture that is open and supportive of safety concerns and communications; and, 4.) measurement (and accountability) of safety activities and performance to confirm participation and commitment to the H&S Program.
Regulatory Routine or Annual Maintenance Programs
To keep your facility safe and in compliance, AGES can assist you with your mandated routine and annual regulatory maintenance programs. These services include media sampling, facility inspections, routine equipment maintenance and numerous other services (try the search box).
Management of Impacted Facilities
Often times, removal of all impacted material in a building is neither technically nor economically feasible. In this situation, we assist our clients by preparing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) programs for in-place management of impacted structures, soils and equipment. O&M programs help companies manage existing impacted materials in-place by maintaining materials in good condition, isolating/restricting designated areas and implementing effective, written work practice procedures. With over 20 years of experience, AGES staff can help manage your in-place PCBs, Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), lead or other contaminants by preparing a facility-specific, cost-effective O&M program that will keep your workers safe and your operational disruptions minimal.
